We provide an array of services that begin with 1:1 coaching, small group and organizational coaching. Group trainings, speaking engagements and events are also specifically designed to add value and make an impact for the specific audience at hand.

1:1 Coaching
We provide 1 coach to 1 client coaching on business, leadership and personal development. The ebb and flow of the season you are in may only be temporary. Therefore our typical coaching term is for a 12 month agreement. There is no "system" or "process" you are buying into. All of our coaching staff is or has experience with owning and running their respective businesses. This is for 24 total coaching calls by means of Zoom or phone call, with access in between via text and email. Total investment is $3000/month.
Additionally:
- A Monthly "HUDDLE" Mastermind call for all WinRate clients at any level.
- Access to The Huddle Facebook group, where entrepreneurs, business owners and all coaches, staff and WinRate clients at every level are there to answer questions, provide feedback and create community.
- Your own organizational Innermetrix Personality Assessment link to aid in recruitment, hiring and desired role avatars and their behaviors.
- Access to The School of Construction Selling online course that teaches how to Identify, Target, Qualify and Aquire your ideal client.
- Access to the Small Business Academy digital course.
The Champion Circle
Our flagship offer. This is a special group that includes every component of 1:1 coaching as listed above plus in person meet-ups and designated group calls.
Total investment including events: $36,000 per year.
In addition to 1:1 Coaching benefits as listed above:
- Quarterly 2-day, in-person meet ups in Greenville, SC
- Monthly group calls (12) and designated Facebook group.
- Accountability, vulnerability and a community second to none to help each other grow within their business and life.
Hall of Fame
This group of 1:1 coaching clients are being coached by Mike Claudio, owner and head coach of WinRate. This group is also committed to for an entire calendar year, similar to our Champions Circle. This is for the more seasoned business owner or entrepreneur looking to evolve as a leader within their network or community. Total investment is $60,000 per year.
In addition to 1:1 Coaching:
- Monthly in-person meet-ups in Greenville, SC
- Designated Facebook group.
- Access to quarterly Champion Circle Events at no extra cost.
The Legends Program
An organizational coaching program utilizing 4-5 WinRate coaches working directly and remotely with department heads on a weekly basis. Implementing, analyzing and adjusting quarterly and annual initiatives to create structure, stability and meet or exceed company set points.
Time commitment and investment is $120,000 + per year.
